10th Sin of Averice: Swap.
Comic
[info]noir_epoch

A click sounds as the comm switches over to broadcast mode. A moment of silence, in which fairly labored breathing can be heard in the background, then...

"grooaaannnnn...so hunnngry..."

To those who know him, it's definitely Greed's voice, but it sounds quite a bit different. The inflection, wording, and the emotion behind the words is quite different, not to mention Greed's never sounded quite so... pained. 'Course, the fact that most of his skin is missing and whats regenerated is very raw and sensitive probably has something to do with that.

{ooc:  Sup all.  I have a bit of an announcement to make: Greed has been temporarily rendered dormant and Prince Lin is now in control!  This is backdated to roughly a day after Zelda's, Kevas', and Greed's foray into Carnival (once again, I'd like to apologize to the mods 'bout that.).  Feel free to swing by the infirmary (Which reminds me, I'll need to talk to manawoof soon 'bout Lin's unceremonious arrival and what fun AMU's been having...) and meet Lin.  Bring some food for the poor starving man (Better bring lots.  He inhales everything in sight if he can.), or simply swing by to pester him if you so choose.}

Ninth Sin of Avarice: Alone-Kinda- and bored. Extremely.
Comic
[info]noir_epoch

There's a click as the comm system comes online, and for a few moments, there's no easily audible noise but an odd scratching, not unlike a blade on wood. The scratching stops for a moment before there's the definate sound of a cup being set down. Then-

"Anyone out there interested in a trip to Carnival? Haven't been there yet, and I could really do with some movement 'bout now."

Then the comm clicks off as Greed returns it to his pocket.

{ooc: Sup all. Sorry for the long time between posting in the journal, but I lost track of time. Greed's currently in Kuma-Ko, going through sake like it's cheap bear, as the five bottles next to him will clearly state. In between drinks, he's having not so much fun by carving odd doodles into the table with his claws. Feel free to bug him, freak over his planned trip to Carnival, or join him if you choose (once I've talked to the mods.)

I'd also like to apologize to the mods, 'cause I think they missed the length of time since I posted.  Hope my continuing doesn't cause to much of a problem and, if it's not too much trouble, I would  like to have Greed go to Carnival.}

Eightth Sin of Avarice: Where'd they go...
Comic
[info]noir_epoch

(There's a click of the comm system coming online before Greed clears his throat.)

Hey, anyone seen Link? He's one of the elves, golden blond hair, dressed in green. Little on the young side.

(A pause, and those of keen hearing might catch the sound of fairly quiet footfalls as Greed walks down a corridor.)

In fact, there seem to be a few people who've up and vanished the past couple of days. Anything going on?

(Greed slips the comm into his coat pocket and continues to wander his future ship.)

{ooc:  Greed's simply... around.  He's been wandering around, exploring, the past couple of days (This should account for him noticing people are missing, I think.).  If you want, give him a call on the comm to discuss the latest group of disapearees and engage in some good 'n healthy paranoia.  Or, you could bump into him around the ship (Send a message to my inbox if you would, so I know where you bump into everyone's faverite homonculi.  ...Or you could simply declare it in your post.  That'll work too.).}

Seventh Sin of Avarice: Scavanger Hunt.
Comic
[info]noir_epoch

The suitcase opened with a 'click' of the locks and Greed lifted the lid. Poking around the interior for a few moments, Greed found nothing of interest and then proceeded to uncerimoniously throw the opened suitcase over his shoulder. Grabbing the next one in line, he opened it and started poking around again. He was about to condem that suitcase to the fairly large pile behind him when he saw the spine of a book. With a grunt, he grabbed it and, giving it only a cursory once over, stuffed it into a fairly large satchel that was ont he ground next to him.

Then the suitcase ended up in the pile behind him.

{OOC:  Sup all.  Sorry I've been gone for so long, 'Fraid I got tied up in something for a while.  Anyway, Greed's on deck 12, currently making something of a mess as he rifles through the massive amount of luggage on that floor, looking for things of interest that he can claim as his own.  Anyone feels like stopping by, please do so.}

Sixth Sin of Averice: Fruitless Return.
Comic
[info]noir_epoch

(There's the click of the overhead comm coming online before Greed's voice goes out.)

Hey guys, I've got a favor to ask: If you see one Edward Elric wandering around, let me know, will you? Blond hair, usually tied back into a braid, golden eyes. Usually dresses in a black suit, with a red trench coat, a symbol emblazoned in black on the back. He's got two automail limbs, an arm and a leg, and freaks out whenever you call him short, which he is.

(A momentary pause before Greed gives a barely audible sigh of disapointment.)

Oh, and Erol? Our shit's back on.

{OOC:  Sorry Erol-mun if Erol's never actually told Greed his name.  I can't quite remember.}

Fifth Sin of Avarice: Search.
Hostile
[info]noir_epoch
Greed pulled on his trenchcoat, settling it about his shoulders comfortably. After checking his pockets for the various items he had gathered (Including such things as a first aid kit, some trail rations and the like. Basic survival stuff.), he hald a hand up in front of his face and transmuted his skin, generating his armor and claws. He frowned for a moment when the itching reappeared, but shrugged it off as the skin returned to normal.

After double checking all his gear, Greed simply walked toward the door, opened it, and left.

{OOC:  Righty-o, I'm on hiatus.  Greed's off, searching the ship for Ed, and will spend the next few days doing that.  Later, all!}

REDD!!  WHERE IS HE!?!

(Greed's in Ed's now vacant cabin, shouting into the communicator as he holds it in a white knuckle grip. Pure rage colors his voice as he glares at everything in sight.)

Third Sin of Avarice: Leaky Communicators and... Sushi?
Hostile
[info]noir_epoch
Greed glared at the object in question. He ignored a slight urge to transmute the armor around his face, particularly his jaws. If he did, he'd then be tempted to crush the object with the fangs he'd have. Best not to do that. The communicator was his, after all.

Even if it did squirt him with what was apparently water. At least, Greed hoped it was water. The Prince agreed wholeheartedly with that sentiment.

After wiping off his face with his napkin, Greed grabbed the communicator, turning it every which way to see if it was broken and leaking. After a moment, he shrugged and pushed a button, broadcasting his voice over the intercom.

"Hey Ed, I'm at Kuma-Ko and need you to take a look at something for me," and, after a moments pause, "Or any nearby staff member I guess."

Greed then turned the thing off, placed it on the other side of the table, and signaled to one of the bears.

"Yo!  More sushi!"

{OOC: 'Sup all. Greed's in Kuma-Ko, being squirted by the comm for me not posting (Which is odd, 'cause I have been posting in other peoples events... Lethe and Erol have both encountered Greed. Anyway.). If any of you would like to swing by to meet him for whatever reason, feel free.

Second Sin of Avarice
Comic
[info]noir_epoch
This...just wasn't right.

People jumping around the ship, celebrating something called 'Eastur.'

Cute, fluffy things swarming underfoot, and all due to the "captain."

...

What sort of alchemy was this anyway? To Greed's knowledge, alchemy couldn't create actual, living birds and rabbits. Or, at least, not ones that lasted for more than a matter of minutes, and the rabbit in his hand had stayed there, looking fluffy, cuddly, and just plain old cute for quite some time.

Bah.

Idly slipping the rabbit into one of his coat pockets, since Ed would no doubt love the bloody cute thing, Greed started back down the hallway, looking for a place where there were no bloody swarms of rabbits, or birds, so he could think.

First Sin of Avarice. (Audio.)
Comic
[info]noir_epoch

(There's the usual sound of the overhead comm system coming on-line followed by several loud taps.)

What is this thing?

The Hell! Some kind of broadcast...thing?

(A few loud thumps sound as well, not unlike what happens when you tap a microphone.)

Ah. Excellent. Now, I assume that there are people here, and that at least one of you can hear me. First, where am I? Second, why am I here?

I've been waylaid during a vital moment, placed on a...Boat?! Why the hell am I on a boat?! Damnit, I don't have time for this! I have places to go, people to kill, and countries to claim!
